I've been sitting here for about ten minutes trying to find the right words to use, but unfortunately for whoever is ready this on this survey, I can't. I can't find significant enough words to string together to form a sentence or paragraph that best describes how much I am honored to have had Denise as a realtor. My situation was very rushed. With a baby coming in two months (at the time), I didn't want to raise her in a third story apartment complex. I wanted to raise her in a HOME. It felt like Denise had dropped everything for me and my soon-to-be family. She helped in ways that I didn't know a realtor could. But that's when it occurred to me that she hadn't become my realtor, but a friend. I NEEDED someone to be straight honest with me, mainly because I knew NOTHING about home buying. I NEEDED someone to tell me all the bad things of a house, so I wouldn't be surprised with costly renovations and whatnot. And that's exactly what she was: someone who was honest with me. I had no idea that buying a house was so...easy. But I believe it was, simply because of her knowledge and loving personality.
